New Funda packages: bronze, silver and gold

Funda is introducing
Bronze, Silver and Gold

From today, 16 September 2026, Funda will be offering three new presentation packages:

• Bronze – €279

• Silver – €449

• Gold – €649

The differences lie in visibility, presentation and position in the search results.

Important to note: the package you choose will also affect your ranking. Gold gets the top position, followed by Silver and then Bronze. New listings also receive extra attention for the first 48 hours.

In short: it’s not just about how your property looks, but above all about how much attention it receives.

Funda Bronze

Bronze is the entry-level package. Your property is presented neatly with photos, basic information and floor plans.

This package is particularly suitable when extra visibility is less important or when there is high demand for similar properties.

However, in practice, it’s precisely in the first few days after listing that you want to reach as many interested parties as possible. That’s why we always look beyond just the entry-level package.

Funda Silver

Silver gives your property significantly greater visibility.

Your property will appear higher up in the search results and be displayed in a larger format. House hunters can also browse through the photos directly from the overview.

In addition, there are extra options, such as:

• property video

• 360° photos

• 3D tour

• AI property overview

For many properties, the Silver package provides a solid foundation. The first impression often determines whether someone clicks through or scrolls on.

This package offers a good balance between cost, presentation and reach.

Funda Gold

Do you want maximum visibility from day one? Then Gold is the most comprehensive package.

Your property will be given the highest ranking amongst the packages and the most prominent display in the search results. You can also add extra promotional text.

Also worth noting: with Gold, your property photos can be included in push notifications, making you stand out immediately to property seekers.

Gold also includes the Virtual Styler, which allows buyers to view different interior styles using AI.

Gold is particularly suitable for:

• properties in a higher price bracket

• unique or special properties

• situations with a lot of competition

• or when we want to generate maximum attention right from the start

Why this choice is becoming more important

Choosing a Funda package is no longer a minor detail, but an integral part of your sales strategy.

Gold ranks above Silver and Silver above Bronze.

If you opt for direct payment via Funda during this period, you’ll receive a free upgrade:

• Bronze → Silver

• Silver → Gold
