What makes my profession so enjoyable? The people...I have been working at vb&t Makelaars for over 12 years. I started as a broker and have been one of the shareholders of the vb&t Group for four years. When I was still a realtor, I found it very special to be involved and thus to gain the trust of sellers in the sale of their homes. In most cases, it was their own choice, but it always brought up a lot of emotions. How nice it is if you can be part of that. I then got the chance to promote to a management position where I could set up the new-build department and reorganise the real estate team. An opportunity I seized with both hands. And what a wonderful period that was.

A new team, a new way of working and new CRM systems. We started all over again and the results are impressive! Almost 30 employees who give their all every day for our beautiful vb&t! I am given the opportunity to pass on to others the opportunities I have been given. It gives me enormous positive energy when I see the development of our real estate team in recent years! It makes me enormously proud that I can be a part of it.
