The houses are completely gasless, because there is a WKO installation for a sustainable energy supply for heat, hot and cold water. In addition, the house is very well insulated and equipped with both underfloor heating and cooling. This makes your apartment ready for a sustainable future and you can enjoy all the comfort that comes with it.

Location

Strijp-S has several bus stops and a private railway station where a bus or train passes every 10 minutes. But you can also get your daily groceries around the corner at one of the fresh or supermarkets. And for a perfect cup of coffee or delicious glass of wine, you don't have to walk a hundred meters. Everything is within reach. Just like the city, the cinema, the museum or the theater.

The area Strijp-S was long the 'forbidden city' within Eindhoven, where you could only come if you worked in one of the many factories or offices of Philips. After the departure of Philips, the area was redeveloped into a breeding ground and meeting place for the creative sector. The old factories have been transformed into studios, restaurants, music venues, boutiques and homes. The spatial and stately design of S-West is fully in line with the existing industrial architecture.
