You’ll take care of the necessary documents and a few practical matters, such as arranging for a valuer or structural engineer to visit, if required. This way, you’ll retain control, whilst we handle the bulk of the sales process for you. Would you like to hand over more tasks as the process goes on? You can upgrade your package at any time.
