Between the apartments of Het Kabinet and the offices behind them on Magistratenlaan is a courtyard garden. An open space with lots of greenery, where you can relax, read a book, or chat with neighbors. All in a serene atmosphere. Where else can you find something like this in a city?

On the ground floor, we find the communal doorbells and mailboxes. The central hall is spacious and equipped with camera surveillance. The floors can be reached by elevator or stairs.
You enter the apartment into the hall with meter cupboard, toilet with washbasin, and wardrobe space. The living room is located at the end of the hall.
