4x the most interesting buildings and homes

If you are looking for the most interesting buildings and houses, you don't have to cross the border to do so. There are plenty of beautiful buildings and houses in the Netherlands too. For instance, there are houses that have now passed the asking price of 30 million euros. Companies also know how to erect more and more beautiful buildings to attract more visitors.

Most beautiful buildings and homes

Looking for the most beautiful buildings in the Netherlands, we come across, among others, the cube houses in Rotterdam. These structures are especially interesting from the air. In addition, we found the most expensive house in the Netherlands in Laren. Commercial companies are also spending more and more money on customer acquisition by making their branches attractive inside and out.

From the air: cube houses in Rotterdam

Iconic for Rotterdam and surely one of the most beautiful structures to see from the air are the cube houses in Rotterdam. To be precise, they are 38 houses placed on a pole. In addition, there are 13 corporate cubes near the Blaak in Rotterdam. The houses were designed by architect Piet Blom. His idea was to design a village in the big city. According to him, the houses should represent trees and the whole thing is a forest. This is also where the name 'Blaakse Bos' immediately comes from. Did you know that one house is set up as a museum, where you can take a look inside?

Visit historic cities

You visit more and more locations these days, so you can have a day out. For instance, you can find different, historical locations to enjoy yourself in various restaurants or cafeterias. For instance, a visit to the burgundian city of Breda is more than worth it. Combine this outing with some shopping on Veemarktstraat. The Grote Markt and the Castle are also absolute attractions.

Several connoisseurs also know how to find the Casino, thanks to its unique ambience. If you leave for the city of Utrecht, we also recommend Jack's Casino in Utrecht thanks to its striking façade. Photographers love taking pictures there partly thanks to its pleasant location on the Oude Gracht.

If you want to visit one of these branches, you'll have to deal with opening hours. If you want to be able to gamble anytime, anywhere, visit SuperBigWin.nu. Here you'll find a list of all online casinos you can visit 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The advantage? Opening hours play no role as a result.

Pauwhof estate in Wassenaar

Pauwhof estate in Wassenaar is one of the most beautiful villas in the Netherlands. Of course, a place like Wassenaar should certainly not be missed, as many Dutch celebrities live here. The imposing estate includes a large plot of land of no less than 2.2 hectares. A magnificent residence has been built on it. A true monument that lacks no luxury whatsoever. For example, you can enjoy a relaxing Jacuzzi on the roof terrace. When the weather is nice, pull a wine from the wine cellar and enjoy a delicious rosé while enjoying fantastic views. The residents of the estate can even receive guests in the gatehouse. High-level high teas are held in the dedicated teahouse.

Most expensive house in the Netherlands in Laren

One of the most expensive homes for sale ever sold in the Netherlands can be found in Laren. It is generally said in Dutch estate agents that you should never look at the price of a house alone. After all, estate agents also believe that you should see the emotional value of a house. But the price tag of Villa Logosberg in Laren is worth mentioning on its own, regardless of other factors. The property was owned by entrepreneur Willem Willemstein. He put the house up for sale at the end of 2023 and it is now clear that the price tag was between 30 and 40 million euros. For this lavish sum, the new residents do get over 3,250 square metres of living space at their disposal. To that will be added 750 square metres of outbuildings.

All these buildings are on a 2.8-hectare plot adjacent to a nature reserve, Zuiderheide. The property's features include a double-storey basement, a spacious indoor pool, jacuzzi and five-star spa. After swimming, enjoy the best wine from the oval wine cellar and watch a movie in the home cinema. So there is plenty to see. Villa Logosberg was bought by entrepreneur Willem Willemstein from the Brenninkmeijer family in 2007. The original house was demolished and Willemstein had this grand villa built in its place.
