Parinvest and Arjen de Koning have selected vb&t Makelaars and vb&t Projectmanagement bv as their partner for the planning, tendering, sales and buyer supervision of the new-build project at Blaarthemseweg 83 in Veldhoven.

This concerns the redevelopment of the Blaarthemseweg 83 site, where approximately 88 sustainable flats and a new school will be built in a green environment. Construction is expected to start in spring 2026.
